Garden Party July 28, 2018

The garden party was a success! Gardeners, friends and family came out to enjoy the cool, green produced filled garden.

Our two master grillers, Ian and Junior, worked ceaselessly with assistance.

John's delicious mauby and sorrel drinks drenched over ice was just what was needed on a warm day. These went well with the chicken and red herring tarts.

Grilled zucchini at the side of well dressed hot dogs and hambergers pleased the taste buds and the chilled, juicy, sweet watermelon was refreshing.

The salad made from garden produce -- kale, basil, cucumber, tomato -- and made as a group, was esquisite in freshness and taste.
